Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data innovativekitchen.gr collects, for what purpose, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019.

Controller

IKD — Innovative Kitchen Design, based in Athens. For anything about your data: studio@innovativekitchen.gr. Full company details are at the end of this page.

What we collect

• Discovery chat: role, project type, area, property type, site status, scope, kitchen area, installation route, timeline, name, email, telephone and anything you write in the notes.
• Email, telephone, Viber, WhatsApp: whatever you send us directly. Viber and WhatsApp also apply their own privacy terms.

We do not need special categories of data, such as health information. Please do not include them in the notes.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To assess your enquiry and reply to it, before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• With your consent, given at the last step of the chat and withdrawable at any time (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who has access

We do not pass your details to third parties for their own purposes. Only the providers who run the site for us (hosting, email, form submission) have access, under a data processing agreement. If the project goes ahead, the details needed for manufacture are passed to our production partner, Silves.

How long we keep it

If the project does not go ahead, we delete the enquiry within 12 months. If it does, records are kept for as long as Greek tax and commercial law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Content

Text, photographs, drawings and logos belong to IKD or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

Information, not an offer

Information on this site is for general guidance. It is not an offer or a binding product description. The specification, timeline and terms of each project are set in writing, in the offer and contract for that project.

Discovery briefs

Sending a discovery brief does not create a contract or an obligation for either side.

Links

The site links to third parties such as silves.gr. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

The discovery chat keeps your answers temporarily in your browser's storage (localStorage), so they are not lost if you close the page or move to another one. It also keeps, for the current browsing session only (sessionStorage), whether the chat window is open. They are not sent to us until you press Send. They are cleared once the brief is sent or when you press Start again, and in any case after 30 days. You can also clear them yourself from your browser's site data settings.

If tools that need cookies are added later, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
